Who we Are

Meet the members of the McCutchanville Community Association.
Joyce Donaldson
President

Joyce Donaldson is a retired LMHC who has lived in McCutchanville since 1976. She has been deeply involved in the community, serving on several boards and committees over the years, and currently serves on the USI Foundation Board and the Habitat Development Council.

I have a strong loyalty to the McCutchanville community after 50 years of calling this my home. I have watched my two sons grow up on the baseball and soccer fields of our community park and I look forward to the opportunity to pass those experiences on to the next generations.”

Neil Woods
Vice President

Neil Woods is an attorney and the president of Woods & Woods, a nationwide veteran’s disability law firm in Evansville. Neil is also the founder of Woods Heritage & Conservation Lands, which has preserved over 1,075 acres of land in northern Vanderburgh and Warrick counties.

“It’s important that the people of McCutchanville have a communal, outdoor space where they can unwind and connect with nature. This community deserves a ‘third place,’ and that’s what this park can provide.”

Jingle Igleheart Hagey
Secretary

Jingle Igleheart Hagey is a sixth generation “Evansvillean” who has lived in McCutchanville since 1952. She’s a life trustee of the Indiana Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, and a trustee of Willard Public Library, Evansville’s First Presbyterian Church, and the USI Foundation.

“I grew up and raised our children here. Over the years we have watched the fields and green spaces disappear. While we welcome community growth, we must preserve green spaces for all to use and enjoy. They contribute to both physical and mental health, as well as community interaction.”

Kathy Briscoe
Treasurer

Kathy Briscoe has proudly called McCutchanville home for 20 years. With a 40-year career in real estate, including her time as co-owner of FC Tucker Emge, she understands how strong neighborhoods and shared spaces enhance both property values and everyday life. That belief fuels her support for a park in McCutchanville.

Kathy and her husband are the proud parents of three adult children and 10 grandchildren. They believe in investing in both quality of space and life and see the McCutchanville Greenway as a lasting gift to the community they love.

“To say my family and I have a vested interest in what replaces the golf course is an understatement. We believe that the Greenway Nature Preserve will preserve the natural beauty of McCutchanville.”

Nancy Priebe has lived in McCutchanville for more than 20 years. She’s currently the co-owner and office manager of Evansville Auto and Truck Accessories, and serves on the Vanderburgh County Women’s Foundation Advisory Board and Grants Committee. Priebe is also a member of A Network of Evansville Women (ANEW), Southwestern Indiana Master Gardener Association, and McCutchanville Garden Club.

“It is important that parks and outdoor spaces be created and maintained for kids and families to experience nature as I was fortunate to do growing up in the country.”
